Crafted by expertly blending sustainably sourced coconut and soy wax with luxurious fragrance oils, Urban Alchemy candles are hand poured at our Melbourne studio into frosted glass jars and finished with a minimalist white metal lid, making them an aesthetically pleasing addition to any space.

Clean burning, smoke and soot free, all Urban Alchemy classic sized candles are double wicked with two 100% cotton wicks, have a burn time of approximately 45 hours and are made with all Australian, cruelty free, vegan friendly, non-toxic ingredients.

Shipping Policy

Unfortunately we only ship locally to Australia.

Local orders take between 2 and 5 business days to be delivered to you once dispatched. During peak times dispatch may take up to 3 days although we do operate on a 1 day dispatch outside of peak times.Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind and only offer store credit in other circumstances.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Month to month subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions are unable to be cancelled within the contract period are non-refundable.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we will offer a replacement if insurance on the order was purchased.

For returns, please email [email protected] with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If an item is damaged, please provide photographic evidence.

We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
