Shipping Policy

We only ship within Australia currently. Our fixed shipping rates are based on a normal standard parcel post satchel delivery from Australia Post and subsidised at $10 per box no matter where you live. As My Language Box is based in a regional area of Pilbara, WA, we do not have many other shipping options. However, please email us if you would like an express delivery which is available for $16.

We ship our boxes once every 2 months. On the 15th of the shipping month your Language Box will be individually packaged & sent out via Australia Post where you can expect to receive your box within 5-10 working days domestically, Note that orders have to be received by the 2 business days before the 15th of the month. Orders after the 15th will be sent out in the following shipment unless it is an existing one-off box with available stock. These are shipped out in 2 business days. 

If you order an item and you need it shipped overseas we reserve the right to cancel your order or we may offer to ship it overseas for a higher shipping rate depending on the location. We will advise you before processing the order. 

Refund Policy

No refund or exchange can be granted once the product has been shipped because you have changed your mind.

We only will replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If the product arrives and you believe it to be defective or damaged, please document via email to [email protected] and attached image with details of your purchase. Contact will be made directly to resolve the faulty product.
