How do i get paid for my customer orders?

We issue vendor payments via Paypal, so you will need a Paypal account setup in our portal to receive your payments. Payments are issued on the first of each month minus the 10% commission and transaction fees we take. Orders need to be shipped & marked as complete before payment will be processed. So please take care to upload your shipping details into our portal, and make sure the orders is showing as complete in our portal.

Orders must be marked as shipped and complete within 3 months of the order date, otherwise, the order is considered abandoned and no payment will be issued for this order.

Setup Paypal: To receive your order payments weekly, your paypal account email will need to be entered via your dashboard. Follow this link and then click on the payment button (on the left) and make sure your paypal email is correct.
