Hi there, we excited your thinking about joining us as a marketplace seller. We want to be as clear as possible about what you can expect from joining our marketplace, so we will provide as much info as we can, but feel free to contact us if your questions are not answered below.
How can I apply to become a marketplace seller?
Enter your details on our sign-up page here, and you can begin to setup your store. We will be in touch within 2 business days.
How much does it cost?
There is no monthly fee whatsoever, we simply take a small percentage of each sale we make. The base commission we charge is 10% per sale, and you will also incur the Stripe credit card transaction fee. So for example you make a sale of $30.00, we take a 10 percent commission of $3.00. When the customer places the order our 10% is automatically taken, and the rest is instantly transferred to your Stripe account. Stripe will then charge you a credit card fee of $1.46.
How do I get the customer orders?
As a vendor with us you will have access to your own back-end dashboard, this will show you all your orders, payments, page visits and lots of other fun info! We will also email you with the order each time one is made, so you can easily fulfil the customers order.
How will shipping be charged to the customers?
We will work with you to setup your shipping fees, if the shipping is already included in the box price then this is not needed. We can also setup a flat rate for all boxes Australia wide, or we can set a fee for each state separately. We do not take any commission from your shipping charges.
How can I set my inventory levels?
This is done when you are adding products, you can set the amount, and update it at any time.
Do I need to be a computer whiz to list my product?
Not at all, we can help with every step, & if your not comfortable we can do all the setup for you. All you need is a working Stripe account to accept payments.
