How can I apply to become a marketplace seller?

How much does it cost?
There is no monthly fee whatsoever, we simply take a small percentage of each sale we make. The base commission we charge is 10% per sale, and you will also incur the Stripe credit card or Paypal transaction fee. So, for example, if you make a sale of $30.00, we take a 10 percent commission of $3.00. You are also responsible for the Stripe or Paypal transaction fee, which is 2.7% for PAYPAL or 3% for STRIPE
When & how do I get paid?
We issue vendor payments via Paypal, so you will need a Paypal account to receive your money. Payments are issued on the first of each month. Orders need to be shipped & marked as complete before payment will be processed. Orders must be marked as shipped and complete within 3 months of the order date, otherwise, the order is considered abandoned and no payment will be issued for this order.
How do I get the customer orders?
As a vendor with us, you will have access to your own back-end dashboard, this will show you all your orders, payments, page visits, and lots of other fun info!
We will also email you with the order each time one is made, so you can easily fulfil the customer’s order.
How will shipping be charged to the customers?
We will work with you to set up your shipping fees, if the shipping is already included in the box price then this is not needed. We can also set up a flat rate for all boxes Australia-wide, or we can set a fee for each state separately. We do not take any commission from your shipping charges.
How can I set my inventory levels?
This is done when you are adding products, you can set the amount, and update it at any time.
Do I need to be a computer whiz to list my product?
Not at all, we can help with every step, & if you are not comfortable we can do all the setup for you. All you need is a working Paypal account to accept payments.
Can Marketplace sellers access the advertising and features of the monthly plans?
Of course, if you want to stay as a marketplace seller whilst also accessing the benefits of the monthly plan you can sign up for our discounted monthly plans. This gives you all the perks of a monthly plan at a reduced cost.
