Our Accredited FODMAP Friendly box will contain 10-15 different snacks, only snacks that are accredited low FODMAP Friendly products be included in this box.

Our Gut Friendly Box Snacks come in two sizes so each month you will receive 7-15 different snacks which are low FODMAP at recommended serving size, we recommend customers review ingredients relevant to their specific dietary requirements.

Both boxes are gluten free.
Our boxes are unique to the FODMAP community as we exist with enjoyment at the core of our creation.

We are not a ‘health food’ box, we are snack food box for people who may have health related issues or restrictions, but who still want to indulge themselves with decadent chocolates, salty crisps, tangy snaps and fluffy marshmallows.

Each product selected for our box is put through vigorous deliciousness testing to ensure only the best of the best are selected to be featured in our boxes each month.
