Shipping Policy

Parcels will be dispatched 1-2 business days after we receive your order. We ship parcels Australia wide with Australia Post standard delivery (for express delivery options, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at [email protected]). Please note that some delays are possible due to the current increase in shipping demand due to the pandemic.

You will receive shipment tracking details when your parcel is ready for dispatch. In the event that your shipment is delayed once it has been sent, please refer to Australia Post for assistance as we no longer have control of its delivery. However, if you experience any difficulties obtaining your parcel after contacting Australia Post, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Refund Policy

Once Red Moon Parcels has booked the shipment of your parcel, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will happily refund your purchase under the following conditions:

  1. You decide to cancel your order soon after purchase, prior to the products being dispatched.

  2. You change your mind after the parcel has been shipped but agree to pay for the goods to be returned to Red Moon Parcels in full. Note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions signed-up for through the Subscription Box Australia website can be cancelled at any time via your account. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will not be charged again and no more parcels will be shipped unless you choose to renew the subscription.

Please note that subscription payments will be processed monthly, to the exact time and date of the original order. For example, if the original order is placed on the 01 January at 10:00 PM, recurring payments will then be processed on the 1st of every month at 10:00 PM. To avoid any unwanted payments, please ensure you cancel prior to this date and time the following month.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind regarding your purchase or make a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible in order to cancel or amend the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Red Moon Parcels will happily accept returns and/or exchange items that satisfy the following conditions:

  • The goods you received were faulty, not as advertised or not the goods you ordered
    • In this case, Red Moon Parcels will accept responsibility for the problem with goods and will exchange the unwanted goods and cover the additional postage costs 
  • You change your mind regarding the order after it has already been shipped and agree to pay the costs to return the goods to Red Moon Parcels. 
    • In this case, Red Moon Parcels will refund you for the cost of the goods. The. refund will be processed at once the goods are received by Red Moon Parcels. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Red Moon Parcels will only refund goods returned within 30 days of purchase and are returned in the same condition they were sent. As many items included in our parcels are perishable, we cannot refund goods that have been out of our warehouse longer than 30 days.
