I love getting this box. I have had a few issues but in saying that I’m still getting S box every month as the owners once you message are straight on the ball to getting the issue fixed. I enjoy getting a box that’s for me, that my children can’t take from me.

I would not recommend this subscription to anyone!! They are highly unprofessional when you email or complain. They don’t know how to handle any complaints or missing packages. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my well earned “mystery lucky dip” I have given them my address twice now and still haven’t got my lucky dip item in the mail. Their response was “Check with Australia post” um okay but this is YOUR responsibility. It’s not my fault this item was not delivered to me properly. Another reason I think they are highly unprofessional is that they don’t offer tracking or shipment info. I have no clue where the hell my package even is. I don’t even think they sent it out when the claimed they would. “OH sorry we will have that shipped out straight away, just confirm your address” Yea..I did that and i am STILL waiting. I’d rather order adult items from bloody Ebay, at least I can rely on them to send my things.
